​The treatment time cannot be extended due to late arrival or toilet breaks during your scheduled treatment time
 

Please give more than 48 hours’ notice so I can offer your appointment slot to someone else.

If you need to cancel at very short notice and I do not have time to book in another client, unfortunately I will need to charge 50% of the price of the treatment. If you do not turn up for your appointment, or if you remove part of a treatment from your booking. I will have to charge the full price of the treatment.
