Important Notice

I will refuse or terminate treatment if any of the following apply:

• misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments

• broken skin or lesions

• infectious conditions

• any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of booking

• intoxication

You will be liable for full payment of scheduled service.

 

Payments       

Payments may be made by cash, cheque or transfer

 

Your first appointment

Please allow an extra 5 minutes at the beginning of your first appointment so that I can go through a full consultation with you. This will allow me to find out exactly what you want from your treatment and just check on things like allergies and any other health or wellbeing issues that may affect your massage.

 

If you have any significant health problems; I would really appreciate you mentioning these when you make your booking so we ca have a chat with you about these before your treatment.

 

I will only collect what is relevant and necessary for your treatment plan. During the consultation I will make notes that may include details concerning your medication, treatment and other issues affecting your health. This data is always held securely, is not shared with anyone not involved in your treatment.

 

Cancellation Terms

Please give more than 48 hours’ notice so I can offer your appointment slot to someone else.

If you need to cancel at very short notice and I do not have time to book in another client, unfortunately I will need to charge 50% of the price of the treatment. If you do not turn up for your appointment at my home studio, or if you remove part of a treatment from your booking. I will have to charge the full price of the treatment.

 

Personal Information

Please be assured that all your information will be kept strictly confidential. I always work to industry standard codes of conduct, ethics and data protection.

We will process any Personal Data you provide to us for the following purposes:(i) to provide you with the services you have requested;(ii) to contact you if required, in connection with your request, or to respond to any communications you might send to us;(iii) to send you newsletter, event alerts, information about product releases, service notifications and to communicate with you about relevant industry information and activities.

To be able to process your personal data it is a condition of any treatment that you give your explicit consent to allow the Practitioner, Maria Vansacova to document and process your personal medical data.

Contact details provided by you such as telephone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses may be used to remind you of consultation details, future appointments and provide reports or other information concerning your consultation or treatment plan.

 

What not to expect

Anything sexual. This is a therapeutic massage service only and if you are looking for more than that then please try somewhere else.
