Important Notice

I will refuse or terminate treatment if any of the following apply:

  • misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments

  • broken skin or lesions

  • infectious conditions

  • any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of booking

  • intoxication

You will be liable for full payment of scheduled service.

 

Payments       

Payments may be made by cash, cheque or transfer

 

Your first appointment

Please allow an extra 15 minutes at the beginning of your first appointment so that I can go through a full consultation with you. This will allow me to find out exactly what you want from your treatment and just check on things like allergies and any other health or wellbeing issues that may affect your massage.

 

If you have any significant health problems; I would really appreciate you mentioning these when you make your booking so we ca have a chat with you about these before your treatment.

 

Cancellation Terms

Please give more than 48 hours’ notice so I can offer your appointment slot to someone else.

If you need to cancel at very short notice and I do not have time to book in another client, unfortunately I will need to charge 50% of the price of the treatment. If you do not turn up for your appointment at my home studio ( or you are not in when I turn up for your appointment), or if you remove part of a treatment from your booking. I will have to charge the full price of the treatment.

 

Personal Information

Please be assured that all your information will be kept strictly confidential. I always work to industry standard codes of conduct, ethics and data protection.

 

Treatments at your own home

I will arrive at your home with everything needed for your treatment – a massage table, oils and fresh linen. All I ask is that you have enough space for me to give you your massage. Most people’s living room will have enough room.

You will be covered with linens and towels throughout your treatment and only the area I am working on will be exposes so your dignity will be protected at all times.

You might also like to make sure that the room is warm and if you have any music that you love and helps you relax, do feel free to have this on. I will also bring a music player with a selection of relaxing meditation music that you can choose to have on during your treatment.

 

What not to expect

Anything sexual. This is a therapeutic massage service only and if you are looking for more than that then please try somewhere else.
